Is sadhana mere rituals
As you start your upasana, you start by naam jaap or a stotra or anything related to your ishta.
And as you move forward in your upasana. What do you do after your jaap is finished. Is that part of your life limited to your asana?
Does your ishta only see you seated in your asana ? Does he not see you beyond that ?
Why not take in the lessons and teachings of your ishta ?
Why chase behind just the jaap and polish the mala as you do the count?
Like Bhairava, why not uphold dharma?
Why not always be kind?
Why not always be digambara(truthful)?
Why just be pious only during jaap and ask for material chase?
Why not ask for oneness?
Most of the upasaks/sadhaks think that jaap is the only limitation. And forget to do dhyana and self reflection. Upasana/sadhana is not only for mere mantra jaap. It’s the change that you find within.
When you can handle a situation which you couldn’t handle earlier. When you can see through threads and masks of pretentiousness on people. And still handle them with the yogasta budhi.
Sadhana is the change and not just mantra jaap.
