How chanting a mantra daily can affect your mental state
In quantum physics, it is stated that every atom vibrates at a resonant frequency. When exposed to matching vibrations, it begins to resonate more strongly—this is called entrainment. Similarly, chanting a mantra that matches a deity's energy entrains your inner field to that divine state.
To become higher-level beings—in the language of quantum physics—you must emit matching vibrations to a higher frequency. Which is, my friends, what mantras do.
Mantras hold the exact frequency of specific higher energy (deity). Maybe entrainment is the reason we get attracted to specific deities and call them our Ishta. Our energy frequency matches with them the most, resulting in the particles forming a connection despite large distances—or no distance at all. Two particles once entangled can respond to each other instantly, regardless of distance. The mantras, when recited with utter devotion, create a field of connection between the individual and the divine.
"Mantra devata abhedah" (There is no difference between the mantra and the deity)
Let's discuss another law of quantum physics to explain:
Quantum Potentiality
Wave function – a mathematical expression that contains all possible states a quantum system can exist in. Before measurement, a particle (like an electron) does not exist in one place—it exists in a superposition of all potential states.
Potentiality – all the states the particle could collapse into.
Superposition – a quantum particle can exist in multiple states simultaneously. It holds many potential outcomes until observation forces it to "choose" one.
We are made of quantum particles—a potential for becoming literally anything. We are in superposition until we choose the Ishta. And we become that over time by repeated sadhana; we BECOME our Ishta by intentionally emitting continuous vibrational frequency similar to higher beings. We choose our potential to collapse into.
"The supreme self is the same in all beings, dwelling in all, yet not affected."
-Bhagavad Geeta 15.15
Gurudev always says, "Body is the yantra. You must become your Ishta since day one."
He also talks about "Procedural Collapse". That the deity is not in the rigid procedures of rituals which you do one by one. It is in the mantra. Spirituality is in how you act in your day to day to life. Wether those acts match with the deity or not will tell if you will succeed in becoming or collapsing into your ishta.
So in the end, it truly is all a frequency game. When the individual frequency resonates with the cosmic frequency, the illusion of separation dissolves.
We are our souls and not the ego. The soul is that infinite potential of quantum particle which is all forms of god in one. The absolute.
Adya.
