Guru - The North Star.
The infamous North Star's consistent position helps in identifying the True North of the planet Earth. It helps in Navigation for all that sets a sail on sea. For us Shishyas, our beloved Guru is the North Star of the Adya Kali Sampradaya.
A Guru is one who guides a shishya in his own spiritual navigation. A Star that shines from outside is also burning within. This selfless burn is to only guide everyone towards the one truth, that is Maa Adya Kali, the Mother of all creation.
Every Shisya who was drowning without a guru was given a life jacket and made to float in the mighty ocean of Maa Adya. He made us capable of building our own ships to sail in this spiritual ocean. He made us aware of the importance of an Asana and an Anchor ie., Bhairava Adhara to seat Maa Adya.
We have sailed so far from the shore and it’s now only in our memory. There is no turning back. The mission is to spread the name of Maa Adya Maha Kali. We trust the guidance from our Guru, though he is physically afar, he personally shines everyone’s path towards Maa Adya.
When feeling lost or hopeless, just looking at our Guru - Our North star gives us a sigh of relief and a way to move forward. He made us to accept both the good and bad and made us into a Vajra. Ultimately, both brightness and shadow is what makes the Ocean bed Shine.
When Maa Adya shines we all are liberated from this ocean of life. This is only possible through our Guru and his grace and guidance.
How lucky are we to be a part of this Sampradaya and witness our North star every day … welcoming all spiritual orphans into Maa’s lap.
