Gupt Sadhak Shyamakhyapa - Part 2 - The Significance of Devi in the Life of a Bhairava
Gupt Sadhak Shyamakhyapa - Part 2 - The Significance of Devi in the Life of a Bhairava
Now as the once business man moves onto a life of absolute simplicity there comes the sacrifice of not just the man which is higher here but of the Devi he had married who chose to accept him in both his grandeur and his simplicity the pains she took so that he can walk the path of his true purpose is unimaginable yet she did it here ParamaGuruAmma (refers to the wife of Paramgurudev Shyamakhyapa) embodies the very Devi itself who loves his Shiva as both the Sundaramoorthi and Bhootanath no matter in Smashana or in Grandeur - Devi doesn't question where and how but follows him accompanying and supporting him in his endeavours. Here ParamaGuruAmma is none other than an embodiment of Maa Annaporani herself supporting the decision of her husband as he invoked Smashana to his family's life
A lesson from here is anyone who is meant to walk in the path of Devi will have exceptional women around them as sisters or mother , friends, colleagues who will simply support them and take care of them as one walks in the path towards Devi and such an exceptional woman was ParamaGuruAmma.
As this radical shift happened from a life of wealth to were they can barely afford sago(rice water ) the grace ParamaGuruAmma showed was such that she never complained about any of this and as ParamGurudev's Bhakti kept rising ,he never stayed in the house consistently, ParamaGuruAmma still managed to take care of the kids , feed them and raise them in a very simplistic manner and money was never an issue for them whenever it was needed somehow it was taken care of and such was the Divine Mother's Grace on this Family , When Guests would come somehow they had enough money to feed the guests fish and other good food , even though paramguru had invoked Smashana in his family life but the Divine Mother made sure every little thing was still taken care of for him.
Here I see no difference between the Devi as his wife and the Devi he seeked in his Bhakti all one and the same supporting him as he moved higher in the realms of his true destiny .....
What was his spiritual journey after ? How did he attain his Guru? What was his Sadhana? What was his life after this point ?
All these questions in the reader's mind will be answered in Part 3 - The Call of the Guru
